Our Aquatic Fitness Flow classes are designed to cater to various fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can find their ideal workout intensity—whether it’s high, medium, or low. Most of the exercises will be performed in an upright position in water that reaches chest level, providing a stable and comfortable environment for all participants.


What to Expect:

  • Customizable Intensity: Exercises can be easily adjusted to suit your comfort and fitness level.
