FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Golf club memberships run concurrent from January 1 to December 31. Membership dues are autobilled monthly using card on-file. Club members play golf for a daily trail fee (cart included) of $20.00 for 18 holes or $10.00 for 9 holes. Instead of paying daily fees, members may elect to purchase an annual Trail Plan. This option waives all daily trail fees, permits use of private cart during play and provides unlimited rounds for the year (no restrictions). Trail Plans are paid up front and may be pro-rated based on start date.


CLUB SINGLE DUES: $3,000.00 ($250.00/MO.)


CLUB COUPLE DUES: $4,500.00 ($375.00/MO.)


CLUB FAMILY DUES: $6,000.00 ($500.00/MO.)

SENIOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Senior membership opportunities are designed for golfers age 62 and over and feature the same perks as full club membership with trail fee privileges limited to weekdays only (Monday through Thursday). Weekend rounds (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are priced at the applicable public daily golf rate. Dues are payable monthly (automatic draft using card on-file). Trail Plans are paid up front and may be pro-rated based on start date.


CLUB SENIOR DUES: $2,700.00 ($225.00/MO.)


SENIOR TRAIL PLAN: +$2,500.00

EXECUTIVE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Executive membership opportunities are designed for golfers age 49 and under and feature all perks of full membership with trail fee privileges limited to weekday afternoons (after 12PM) and anytime on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Weekday rounds before 12PM are priced at the applicable public daily golf rate. Dues are payable monthly (automatic draft using card on-file). Trail Plans are paid up front and may be pro-rated based on start date.


CLUB EXECUTIVE DUES: $2,400.00 ($200.00/MO.)


EXECUTIVE TRAIL PLAN: *$3,000.00

STUDENT CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Student membership opportunities are designed for individual golfers ages 16 to 22 and feature the same perks as full club membership with golfing privileges limited to after 12PM every single day of the week. All rounds played any day of the week before 12PM will be automatically priced at daily public golf rates. Dues are payable monthly (automatic draft using card on-file).

Trail Plans are paid up front and may be pro-rated based on start date.


CLUB STUDENT DUES: $2.100.00 ($175.00/MO.)


STUDENT TRAIL PLAN: +$2,500.00

JUNIOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Junior membership opportunities are designed for individual golfers age 15 and under and feature the same perks as full club membership with golfing privileges limited to after 2PM every day of the week. All rounds before 2PM will be automatically priced at daily public rates. Juniors must be accompanied by a driving adult. Dues are payable monthly (automatic draft using card on-file). Trail Plans are paid up front and may be pro-rated based on start date.


CLUB JUNIOR DUES: $1.800.00 ($150.00/MO.)


JUNIOR TRAIL PLAN: +$2.000.00

SEASONAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Seasonal membership opportunities are designed for seasonal residents and extended vacationers and offered on a three-month basis (90 consecutive days). Applicant(s) must show proof of primary residency at least one hundred miles outside of the Greater Wilmington area. Seasonal club dues are paid in full upon the start date. Trail Plans are not available with seasonal membership.

BUSINESS CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Club business membership entitles up to six cardholders to full golf club perks without payment of monthly dues or daily trail fees.

Services are available for entertaining clients, relaxing and enjoying quality time on the course and around the resort. Rounds of golf including cart are purchased in bundles of 50 ($89.00/ea.), 100 ($84.00/ea., 150 ($79.00/ea.) or 200 ($74.00/ea.). Nine hole rounds count as half of one round. Unused rounds expire one year from purchase or renewal date. Business memberships are paid in full upon joining.
