Dear Members,

Hello and happy May to our valued Club & Resort members. Later this month, the Pavilion will be in full swing as the Members-Only pool area opens for leisure! Don’t forget about the 65-foot shade lounge and Cabana Hut, available for your relaxation & pleasure. Speaking of poolside, don’t forget to RSVP here for the annual Members Only Memorial Day pool party on May 27^th. There is also a pop-up Corona’s Finest Premier Party happening on Friday, May 31^st at the Pavilion - please come out and enjoy! We have a very social summer in store for those looking for good times – check out the summer events schedule at the Pavilion here. 

Right around the corner we have BRGC Spring Stableford Club Member outing, and the open registration Memorial Day Honor Scramble. There are always opportunities to join the BRMGA and BRLGA and enjoy great competition. Come out and play! And when you’re done with your round, come in and enjoy May’s feature Mahi tacos with mango salsa paired with a Smokey Peach Margarita.

By popular demand, we will be offering a Middle school pickleball league this summer, beginning June 6^th. Registration for Members is $29. Player must be part of a family membership to receive the tiered pricing. For the young ones, there is still room at Camp Swickleputt, although some weeks are closed out so get in at a member discount while you still can!

Circuit Training Classes

Circuit training is one of the best ways to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination, all of which are great for injury prevention and overall health. In this class, we will perform sets of specific exercises with rest after each movement. Each activity will be clearly explained with a focus on postural alignment to promote physical health safely. During this circuit class, participants will be instructed in ways to vary the movements to meet their personal comfort level, making it perfect for beginners and for those who have more experience. This way, people at various levels of fitness can work out together in a safe and positive environment. If you like to play other sports, like golf or pickleball, this workout will provide you with a healthy foundation to support your other hobbies. Plus, it is always more fun to work out in a group!

Introducing Our Instructor: Jimmy Carlo

Jimmy Carlo's journey into the world of pickleball began unexpectedly in March of 2020. Amidst the uncertainties and challenges of the time, he stumbled upon this relatively lesser-known sport, initially out of curiosity and a desire to try something new. Little did he know, this chance encounter would evolve into a passion that would shape his daily routine.
